A Database Tool for HR Management The core idea was to make InTeam sleek and simple, no unnecessary buttons, no extra flair. Just a streamlined interface that guides the users to their goals: employees to their own pages and the info on their colleagues; HR staff to admin controls. InTeam’s bright but not overly flashy colour palette gives it a casual look to make sure the platform doesn’t look all business. Most admin actions can be accomplished from a small side panel, making work with the system easy.
