The developed functionality is aimed at a continuous, easy, and understandable interface level process of transferring documents from one user to another. The business value of the project lies in the complete transition to an electronic system for receiving, signing, and sending files. The new digital document processing procedure allowed to reduce the number of paper acts and invoices, thereby increasing the efficiency of the workflow at the stage of car registration for repair. This site is also integrated with an external service for processing user requests to automate the receipt of information about upcoming repairs.

Simplifies the process of electronic document turnover, makes the signing of contracts using an electronic digital signature as safe as possible for the client and convenient for service and depot employees, simplifies the business process of receiving and transmitting input data for repair, allows the client to calculate the cost of repairs and independently choose which ones. Spare parts will be used and, due to this, will reduce the cost. Also, through the website, they can receive feedback and applications for purchases of tours/consultations. Our task was to increase the loyalty of the current agents and generate new interest in the franchised network. With this in mind, an internal portal (extranet) for the franchise was developed.
