They provide information about users using Adobe DTM/Launch tool. To reach this goal they use a DataLayer provider by the backend team. So they need to implement each new website feature track, side by side with the implementation team. This gave us high business knowledge and great teamwork. We were able to work side by side with all company teams to implement Datalayer to use in this tracking process.
