Initially, the client contacted us with the need to help complete the tasks of developing the interface of the mobile application. The application itself was created using not the most popular stack Back4app and Framework 7. We successfully completed the tasks and released the application on time. The application allows you to manage projects and build a development strategy for the company and personal projects using various convenient and advanced tools: Gantt charts, Kanban boards, decision-making matrix, risk assessment, voting, online editing of project files. There were no alternative convenient tools for analyzing and building a company's development strategy on the market, and the proposed system operation mechanism was developed by the client's team in close cooperation with our team. After the release of the first version of the application, the client was so pleased with the result that he decided to start developing a web project using Node.js as the server-side, and the front on React.js. At the moment, the web solution is used by a small group of customer's clients and is constantly being improved on our part. We are actively working on a new version of the application, changing the stack to React Native, and using a common server-side with a web solution.
