Built an application from scratch, contributing in the main stages of the development such as the design, building the frontend and backend. Worked together with the client in the Strategy and Design phases to establish goals and needs. Contributed building the business logic and the architecture strategy. From July the team grew dividing the work between a Backend Team and a Frontend Team. From then on, assumed the technical leadership of the Backend team, building new features for the application and maintaining the existing features. The business is to provide a website and an app that match companies with good candidates, according to 4 criteria, and the candidates with jobs that fit their skills and goals.
