YouTeam Becomes a New Member of Lviv IT Cluster

YouTeam is a marketplace for hiring remote developers with on-demand staff augmentation. It enables tech companies to ramp up their development by instantly adding full-time contracted engineers to the team.

Leveraging a network of 25,000 vetted engineers in Europe and Latin America, YouTeam helps customers access qualified talent ready to start working on a project within a week.

In 2018, YouTeam was backed by Y Combinator and joined its acceleration program.

Volunteering is an integral part of YouTeam’s business since the company treats all employee volunteer work as equal to their core job activities and reimburses them 100%. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine began, YouTeam has donated 3,000,000 UAH to support Ukrainian troops, refugees, and civilians. It continues to donate 50% of its net monthly profits to help the country.
